Partner terms

This is a simple agreement between you (the partner) and Hexops. By signing up you accept it.
1. Commission
Hexops pays the partner 15% of the amount paid by a referred client for their first project. Monthly care plans, hosting, renewals and later projects are not commissioned unless agreed in writing.
2. What counts as a referral
A referral is valid when the client contacts Hexops using the partner's code or link, or when the partner introduces the client to Hexops on WhatsApp, and the client was not already in contact with Hexops in the previous 90 days.
3. Referral window
The client must sign their first project within 90 days of the introduction. If two partners introduce the same client, the first valid introduction counts.
4. Payment
Commission is paid within 7 days of Hexops receiving the client's payment, by bank transfer or cash. If the client pays in installments, commission is paid in proportion to each payment. No commission is due on amounts that are refunded or never paid.
5. Conduct
The partner must not make promises on behalf of Hexops about price, scope or deadlines, must not spam, and must not run paid ads on the Hexops brand name. The partner is independent and is not an employee or agent of Hexops.
6. Ending the agreement
Either side can end this agreement at any time by message. Commission already earned on paid invoices is still paid.
7. Disputes
Hexops records each referral and payment. In case of disagreement both sides will first try to settle it in good faith; Moroccan law applies.
